Every year nearly 50 of the most remarkable creative leaders convene to explore the future of creativity and how we can make sure that the business of creativity is a force for good. There are two important outputs from this magical experience. First, a personal rejuvenation in each individual attendee that schluffs away the callus of platitude that’s distorted our relationship with work and creativity. Second, we create deep connection with a group of highly accomplished leaders who have similarly worked in the business of creativity. This might mean working at an ad agency, writing poetry, or creating a company from the cauldron of your imagination.
